Order a plastic card and have it posted to an EU address

The card in the client area can also be produced as plastic and sent by post. You order it after you sign in: Order a plastic card by post.

The form asks for a delivery address in the European Union: country, city, postal code, street and a phone number for the courier. Delivery outside the EU is not offered on this form.

When the request is sent, the bank sees the address and prepares the card. You do not need to visit a branch.

Keep the address exact. A missing apartment number or a wrong postal code is the usual reason a card comes back.
